Proveniente de granjas en la región de Rio Grande do Sul, se trata en Brasil sin productos químicos nocivos ni prohibidos. VEJA utiliza tintes cumpliendo regulaciones y prioriza el uso responsable del agua en el proceso de curtido. Este suede se recubre con aceites repelentes al agua sin PFC, protegiendo las zapatillas de lluvia ligera.
